Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially when dealing with high numbers of orders. In any event, your order has left our workshops and should arrive shortly. However, please do contact us if nothing has changed after a few days.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If you enter the address incorrectly, you will be charged for postage costs to return the package.

Personalised items (including Mix & Match) cannot be returned.

Mix & Match allows you to select the cover and title of your choice. Notebook interiors are already defined and correspond to the products offered on our website.
