Returns policy

If you enter the address incorrectly, you will be charged for postage costs to return the package.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Personalised items (including Mix & Match) cannot be returned.

To make a return, you must send us a receipt, proof of purchase or write to us at contact@womenwarriors-ww.com using the email address you used when ordering.

Only a partial refund will be given (as applicable) for any item that is not in its original condition, that has been damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
